We here at Metro Moves genuinely care for your belongings and we realize how large a part they can play in your lives. Whilst our professional and skilled staff take as many precautions as possible to prevent damage, accidents can happen.

Under the new ‘Financial Services Reform Act’ legislation enacted by the Federal Government, we are no longer able to offer insurance coverage. Under this act it is against the law to advice, sell or arrange insurance on someone else’s behalf. Only you as owners of the property are allowed to arrange the appropriate insurance.

We advise all of our customers to take out Insurance for the duration of the moving process to provide you with that extra peace of mind. You can apply for Household removals Insurance with your current household contents insurers.
